"An after-mission report says, in item 8, that U.S. planes 'hit road 3 miles southeast' of Yongam-ni on July 26, 1950, the day the refugee killings by air and ground fire began at No Gun Ri. The road closest to that location is the dirt road beside the No Gun Ri trestle."
